The China International Coin Exposition (Beijing International Coin Exposition) is the largest numismatic trade fair in China, organised by China Gold Coin and held annually — in recent years at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. It brings together world mints, central banks, auction houses and dealers from China and abroad.
For collectors it is the principal showcase of modern Chinese coinage — including the Panda series — alongside an international bourse of world coins and bullion.
The exposition has run since the 1990s as China's flagship coin fair, growing alongside the international popularity of the Chinese Panda coin series and the expansion of the country's collector market.
Expect a large bourse combining the China Gold Coin distribution network, world mints and central banks with private dealers in Chinese and world coins and bullion. New domestic commemorative and Panda issues are commonly previewed or launched at the show, which also features exhibits and trade meetings.
