NUMISMATA in Munich is one of the largest coin trade fairs in Europe, held annually in March at the MOC Munich. It brings together more than 300 international exhibitors — coin, banknote and accessory dealers, auction houses, mints and specialist publishers — under one roof.
It is the senior event of the NUMISMATA brand and a central meeting point for the European numismatic trade.
The first NUMISMATA was held in Munich in 1970, in a roughly 400-square-metre side room of the Löwenbräukeller. Over more than five decades it grew from that small dealer meeting into a major international fair.
Expect a large dealer-focused bourse spanning coins, medals and paper money, with auction houses, mints and accessory and literature specialists. The fair draws exhibitors from across Europe — particularly Eastern Europe — as well as further afield.
